I hold an ACC credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), attesting to hours of professional training, mentoring and supervision. I am also an official member of ICF, thereby adhering to the highest industry standards when it comes to professionalism and ethics.
I've trained through the Co-Active Training Institute, now referred to as CTI which is one of the world's most renowned coaching schools. From classroom training with a peer group, to an extensive virtual program to support practice & development, the CPCC credential takes an extensive amount of time and dedication to achieve.

Insights Discovery, DISC
I am a licensed practitioner for Insights Discovery in both one to one coaching as well as team workshops and longer trajectories. In addition, I'm a certified DISC professional, enabling me to choose between these two tools and adjust to the needs and wants of my client base. The methods both take Jung as a starting point to develop a personality profile based on individual preferences along the lines of intraversion vs. extraversion and task vs. people orientation. The simple language encourages uptake and the method itself is extremely useful to enhance self-insight as well as team understanding and effectiveness.

Prior to pivoting towards a career in coaching, training & facilitation, I gained extensive industry experience. I hold a Bachelors Degree in International Business Administration, completed by a double Masters Degree in Marketing Management and Management of Change. I started my coporate career in marketing before moving to manufacturing plants in supply roles though I've spend the majority of time in commercial (leadership) positions spanning a broad range of roles & functions.
